Lesson Plan:
Lesson 1: Warm-up and Introduction to Hand-Eye Coordination (60 mins)
1. Warm-up activities (10 mins): Jogging in place, stretching exercises, and jumping jacks to prepare students for physical activities.
2. Introduction to hand-eye coordination (20 mins): Demonstration and explanation of hand-eye coordination exercises using bean bags and catching/throwing balls. Students will practice in pairs.
3. Hand-eye coordination games (30 mins): Students will play games like "Bean Bag Toss" and "Catch the Ball" to practice hand-eye coordination in a fun and competitive way.
Lesson 2: Basic Movement Skills (60 mins)

2. Basic movement skills (30 mins): Introduction to basic movement skills like running, jumping, hopping, and skipping. Students will practice individually and in groups.
3. Obstacle course (20 mins): Set up an obstacle course in the gym, including cones, mats, and hurdles. Students will navigate through the course using the basic movement skills they have learned.
Lesson 3: Teamwork and Cooperation (60 mins)
1. Warm-up activities (10 mins): Review of previous warm-up exercises.
2. Teamwork activities (30 mins): Students will be divided into small teams and participate in relay races and team-building activities that require cooperation and communication.
3. Cooperative games (20 mins): Engage students in cooperative games like "Tug of War" or "Human Knot" to further develop their teamwork skills.
Lesson 4: Introduction to Basketball (60 mins)

2. Introduction to soccer (20 mins): Explanation of basic soccer rules, positions, and passing and shooting techniques. Demonstrate and encourage students to try these skills individually.
3. Soccer drills (30 mins): Divide students into small groups and allow them to practice passing, dribbling, and shooting drills. Provide feedback and guidance.
4. Mini soccer game (20 mins): End the lesson with a small soccer game, allowing students to apply their newly learned skills in a game-like setting.
Lesson 6: Introduction to Gymnastics (60 mins)
1. Warm-up activities (10 mins): Review of previous warm-up exercises.
2. Introduction to gymnastics (20 mins): Explanation of basic gymnastics movements like rolls, jumps, and balances. Demonstrate and encourage students to try these movements individually.
3. Gymnastic stations (30 mins): Set up different stations in the gym where students can practice various gymnastics movements. Rotate students through the stations, allowing them to explore different skills.
4. Gymnastics showcase (20 mins): Each student will have the opportunity to showcase their favorite gymnastics movement to the class.
Lesson 7: Cool-down and Review (60 mins)
1. Cool-down activities (10 mins): Stretching exercises and deep breathing to relax students' muscles and calm down their heart rate.
2. Review of previously learned skills and knowledge (40 mins): Quizzes, games, and discussions to review the basic movement skills, teamwork, and sports activities introduced in previous lessons.
Lesson 8: Assessment and Reflection (60 mins)
1. Individual assessment (30 mins): Students will demonstrate their proficiency in the various skills learned throughout the unit, including hand-eye coordination, basic movement skills, teamwork, and specific sports activities.
2. Reflection and conclusion (30 mins): Students will share their thoughts and experiences about the physical education unit, discussing their favorite activities and what they have learned.
