EXPORT CONTRACT

This Export Contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") is entered into on [date] (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date") by and between:

WHEREAS, the Exporter is engaged in [description of business] and desires to export certain goods to the Importer; and

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the mutual covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
