Hotel Booking Contract

4. Modifications and Cancellations:

b. The Hotel will make reasonable efforts to fulfill any special requests made by the Guest, but such requests are subject to availability.

7. Force Majeure:

a. Neither Party shall be held liable for any delay or failure in performance of this Agreement caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.

8. Jurisdiction:

a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
